About Nish
I came to real estate with a business background, not a sales one. After an MBA at Massey University I worked across hospitality, manufacturing, event management and running my own business, and moved into property five years ago. That shapes how I work: pricing is based on data, negotiation has a purpose, and the advice is straight.
I'm an East Coast Bays local. My family lives here, my two kids go to local North Shore schools, and I help run a local community sports club. In summer I play cricket in the Business League.
Serving the North Shore's many communities
The North Shore is one of Auckland's most multicultural areas, and for many families a sale or purchase is easier to talk through in the language they grew up with. I speak English, Hindi, Gujarati and Punjabi, and Nana speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
