Nish came to real estate with something most agents don't have — a genuine business background. After completing an MBA at Massey University and building a career across hospitality, manufacturing, event management and entrepreneurship, he made the move into property five years ago and hasn't looked back. That commercial experience shows in every campaign he runs: the pricing strategy is data-driven, the negotiation is purposeful, and the advice is always straight.

In 2023–24, Nish ranked in the top 20 individual salespeople on the North Shore and has consistently placed in the top 15% of performers at Barfoot & Thompson — one of the most competitive real estate networks in New Zealand. Away from real estate, Nish is a husband, a dad to two kids at local North Shore schools, and someone who genuinely believes in giving back. A proud East Coast Bays local himself, he's served as a director for a non-profit supporting neuro-diverse children, helps organise his local community sports club, and plays cricket in the Business League — summer in the whites, winter indoors.
